3eleven Creative is a group of talented, creative, business individuals with almost 30 years of web design and development experience under our belts. We've been around for a decade and have worked with companies like Teach For America, Crown Holdings, and CBS.
Led by Arthur Cundy, though innovative thinking, brainstorming, and creativity exercises we help small businesses and large corporations to successfully plan, create, and sell products and services.

Arthur Cundy
CEO & FounderArthur founded 3eleven Creative in 2000. As our fearless leader, he oversees not only our sales and business activities but also serves as our creative director. He holds a degree in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and 10 years of web design & internet marketing experience.
He started college at 16 and his favorite color is aloe green.

Ranjan "Ron" Poria
Lead DesignerAfter getting his degree in Computer Science, Ron realized that he preferred working on creative projects rather than only programing. It was then that he decided to specialize in web design and multimedia. Ron has over 5 years experience in web and graphic design & XHTML/CSS development. He has worked on numerous projects with various agencies around the globe.
He loves to listen soft music, watching movies, and cooking.

Melissa A.
Lead DesignerDedicated, passionate, and hard working. That's how we describe Melissa. She is knowledgeable in Web Design, Graphic Design, Branding, and also Front End Development. She listens to all the client's needs and makes sure that she applies all her knowledge and skills from her 3 years of experience in web design.
With a degree in Business Systems Technology Management she is constantly honing and improving her skills.
She loves watching movies, playing PC games and eating barbeque food.

Lead Information ArchitectThis high energy project manager believes that too many companies approach information systems as a technology framework rather than an enabler of business success.
With a track record of successfully initiating, managing and delivering web, mobile and enterprise projects to cross-continental user audiences and vendor teams; Preyas has a strong background using multiple technology platforms including Java, J2EE, SOA, C#, .NET, PHP, Open source platforms with Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL and Sybase databases.
He previously worked for GE and Deutsche Bank.
